PECentral - Site includes health and physical education lesson ideas, top sport and instructional sites, wellness tips, and instant activities.
Eat Well Live Well - Includes several online surveys to rate individual nutrition and physical habits. Includes games and quizzes and lots of research regarding nutrition and physical activity.
Walford's Kitchen - This site I put in as an interesting twist on how different eating habits can change your life. This site is based on Roy Walford who was in the Bios 2 experiment in Arizona. During the 'Experiment' he found out that if a person was on an almost '0' calorie diet that person would fuction at a higher capacity and loose weight.

Drugs

Indiana Prevention Resource Center - Information on or links to just about everything having to do with drugs; fact sheets, legislative updates, news prevention, drug testing, slang terms, links, search engine, lesson plans.
Join Together: Provides information on the problems associated with tobacco, illegal drugs, and excesssive use of alcohol.

Health Oasis Mayo Clinic - Get the latest health information and newswatch from the Mayo Clinic, one of the most prestigious hospitals worldwide.
Medsurf: Contains a searchable database of various health topics.
World Health Organization: Provides world health topics, statistics, and advice.
Medscape: Provides articles dealing with medical issues.
